Temidayo Adenuga is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in law firm administration and HR management. She currently serves as HR & People Development Manager at Moroom Africa, a Pan-African technology-driven law firm that delivers comprehensive legal solutions to local, African, and international businesses across major sectors. In this role, she oversees human resource strategy, recruitment, talent acquisition, people and culture management, employee retention and engagement, payroll, office administration, and office management.

Her career has been closely associated with the Nigerian legal sector, particularly with firms led by Dayo Adu. She developed her HR expertise at Famsville Solicitors (now Moroom Africa), where she gained deep experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management within a legal practice environment. She also served as HR Manager at TalentPEO Africa, an Africa-focused employer of record and professional employer organization, where she gained exposure to pan-African HR operations, payroll management, immigration solutions, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Temidayo is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), holds the Human Resource Practitioner’s License (HRPL), and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
