Assistant SecretaryStephanie Okwe is an experienced Law Practice Manager with a passion for organizational excellence and a proven track record in HR management. With a law degree and diverse experience across legal and administrative roles, she brings a unique perspective to the table. Her expertise lies in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and creating a
positive work environment for team members. Stephanie has successfully managed the HR operations of law firms, schools, and churches, implementing effective systems and structures to improve efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Her experience includes recruiting, hiring, and training staff, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
As a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail, Stephanie can quickly identify areas for improvement in HR processes and practices. Her excellent communication skills allow her to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, facilitating smooth HR operations.
She currently works as the Practice Manager at DealHQ Partners. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends.
