Odunola is currently the Lead Interface Manager at DETAIL, a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Firm located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Human Resource professional with over 21 years’ experience working in a wide range of sectors; FMCG, Public sector, Banking, Consulting, and Legal. She has over 19 years of generalist HR practice including HR strategy, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Resourcing, Performance Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and General Administration. She has a demonstrated track record of building and implementing structures in organizations and is highly skilled in the formulation and implementation of best practice policies and procedures. Her previous experience included working as Head, Group Human Resources with BGL Plc and held various positions within Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, First Bank Plc and MBC International Bank. 

Mrs. Onadipe is a prolific speaker, life coach and experienced training facilitator. She is the founder of Maven & Oaks Limited, an indigenous human resource consulting firm located in Lagos to provide SMEs with critical human resources support needed to ensure business growth. Odunola holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK and is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. She is currently an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), USA.

Mrs. Odunola Onadipe is currently an executive committee member of the Ebola Containment Trust Fund (ECTF) and she is the convener of Gods Girls Club, a social club aimed at teaching the teenage girl godly virtues.
She served as the Vice President of the Association of Law Firm Administrators Nigeria for over two years from 2020 to 2023.
