
Modupe Olusoga is a seasoned Operations and Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience spanning finance, advisory, consulting, and legal sectors. She has a proven track record in driving productivity, operational improvement, people management, cost optimization, and efficient service delivery. Her forte lies in helping organizations achieve their corporate goals through outstanding leadership, profitability, growth, people management, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
As Chief Operating Officer at Streamsowers & Köhn since October 2020, she currently oversees operations across the firm’s branches in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and other locations. Prior to this role, she has worked in several organizations and NGOs, building extensive experience in operations management and human resources.
Modupe holds a Master of Science degree and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) certified by HRCI. She is also a Certified Professional in Strategic Management Performance System from The George Washington University. Beyond her primary role, she serves as a Mentor in the Power Woman Network, Committee Chair for Learning and Development at ALAN, and has been a speaker at International Bar Association webinars. She also operates as a Lead Consultant at her own consulting firm.
