She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Employment, Labour & Industrial Relations and Law Practice Management Committees of Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association Committee on Employment and Labour Relations, Chartered Insitute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, HR Certification Institute and the Nigerian Bar Association Lagos Branch Law Practice Management & Structure Committee amongst others.
Ijeoma is positioned as a business strategist with a rich background in employment law and human resources with a goal to create alignment between an organisation’s strategy, people analytics as well as develop and implement sound human resources management strategies. She currently runs #NaijaHRChicPodcast, Nigerian’s first podcast on everything human resources targeted at educating HR professionals on the importance of strategic thinking and placement in today’s evolving world of work. Her ultimate goal is to be a globally recognised people and culture specialist and strategic business leader.
