Grace Oyeniyi is a well-versed professional, accomplished scholar, and public speaker with several years of specialized experience growing and managing businesses. She possesses interdisciplinary experience across educational, information technology, finance, and non-profit sectors. Her career trajectory demonstrates remarkable versatility, as she has held positions at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) in HR roles, FundQuest Nigeria in the finance sector, Jumia and Tuteria Corp in the technology sector, and Waterfront Lagos and Casa Mia in hospitality. Most recently, she joined Bloomfield Law Practice as HR & Practice Development Director, bringing her wealth of experience to the legal sector.

Grace graduated with a first-class honours degree in Health Education from the University of Lagos at the young age of 22, emerging as the best graduating student in her department. She subsequently earned an MBA from Rome Business School. She holds multiple professional certifications including SHRM certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), and CIPM Nigeria (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management).

She is also an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society (United Kingdom), an award-winning public speaker, and an International Sign Language Interpreter. She currently serves as a Management Faculty Member at Rome Business School Nigeria.
