Angela Emy-Ngoye is an experienced Human Resource Manager with over 17 years of diverse expertise in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Management Consulting, Finance, and logistics. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of HR management gained through roles at various levels. Her career history includes her current position as Head of Human Resources at Chris Ogunbanjo LP (since October 2023), preceded by her role as Group Human Resources Manager at Cashlink Leasing Plc (January 2023 – October 2023). Prior to these positions, she held various HR roles in the Oil and Gas, Management Consulting, Finance, and Logistics sectors.
Angela holds an MSc in Strategic Quality Management (with distinction) from the University of Portsmouth, UK (2018), and a combined degree in Computer and Statistics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). Her notable achievements include resolving over ten years of outstanding statutory payments for outsourced employees, restructuring company-wide training programs for performance improvement, and significantly improving corporate governance, employee engagement, and staff welfare in under six months.
