Anita Egujie is a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resources professional who currently works as the Human Resources Manager at Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading Nigerian law firm. With over 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Anita has a proven track record of success in managing and developing human resources programs and initiatives. Anita’s work at Banwo & Ighodalo has been instrumental in the success of the Firm. She is responsible for managing and implementing the Firm’s HR policies and procedures, which include recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and employee relations. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Anita is a team player and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her team succeeds. Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills have helped her to build strong relationships with employees and people in general.  Anita is a graduate of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).  Overall, Anita Egujie is an accomplished HR professional who is highly respected in her field.
