She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Member, Employment, Labour & Industrial Relations Committee of Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, Senior Professional HR International (SPHRI), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria ACIPM amongst others.

Ijeoma is positioned as a business strategist with a rich background in employment law and human resources with a goal to create alignment between an organisation’s strategy, people analytics as well as develop and implement sound human resources management strategies. She currently runs #NaijaHRChicPodcast, Nigerian’s first podcast on everything human resources targeted at educating HR professionals on the importance of strategic thinking and placement in today’s evolving world of work.
