Chair, Learning & DevelopmentModupeola Olusoga is a seasoned Operations and Human Resources Professional with 15+ years of experience across finance, advisory, consulting, and legal sectors. She has a proven track record in driving productivity, operational improvement, people management, cost optimization, and efficient service delivery in several organizations and NGOs. Modupe’s forte lies in helping organizations achieve their corporate goals through outstanding leadership, profitability, growth, people management, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HRCI and a Certified Professional in Strategic Management Performance System by The George Washington University. Modupe is well-equipped to navigate the challenges of her role. She is also a mentor in the Power Woman Network. She currently works as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Streamsowers & Kohn, a prestigious Nigerian law firm where she oversees operations across the Firm’s branches.
